If you haven’t visited 1440 Apartments lately, you may be surprised by some of our recent changes. In our ongoing efforts to make 1440 as comfortable and convenient as possible, we’ve spent the winter months upgrading our community areas.

Residents now enjoy a tastefully remodeled lounge, complete with cable TV, WiFi, a full kitchen and bath, leather sofa, dinette, and an extensive fitness facility. This delightful new common area is perfect for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or simply watching a little television while getting some exercise.
